Hidden Characters
You have to access the Secret Menu before you do the Noob and Goro Kodes

Noob Saibot	Select the Hidden button on the bottom of the select screen, move up 2 and over 1, to Shinnok's icon, then press RUN+BL together
Goro	Select the Hidden button on the bottom of the select screen, move up 3 and over 1, to Shinnok's icon, then press RUN+BL together
Meat	Beat the Group Mode (keep choosing Group in a 2 player game). After you have won the Group Mode with all the characters, select any character, and he/she will become Meat, the bloody skeleton.

Easy Fatalities

In order to use the three "Fatalities" options in the Cheat Menu, enable one of them ("Fatalities I", "Fatalities II", or "Level Fatalities"). After the "Finish Him/Her" announcement when you have won a match, hold Down and hit High Punch Anywhere in the stage, your character will automatically perform his/her 1st or 2nd Fatality depending on which of the 2 you have enabled (if you enable both I and II, it will do Fatality 1). We are not sure at this time on how to perform the easy fatality for stage fatalities. Using this method, we have also discovered that Noob Saibot's 1st Fatality is Johnny Cage's Torso Rip (the same Fatality Noob had in the preliminary revisions) and his 2nd is Sub-Zero's Freeze Uppercut.

Noob Saibot	Beat the Game with Reiko. Start a two player game. Do the Noob Code (012-012). Win with either player, make sure to continue. Now, do like you did with Goro. Select hidden with the Run button, hold it, go up to Reiko, then press and hold Block along with Run.
Goro	Beat the Game with Shinnok. At the select screen, select the "hidden" option with the run button, and keep holding run. Move up to Shinnok and, while still holding run, select Shinnok with the Block button. Keep holding BL and RN until the round starts, and you are Goro.

Nintendo⁶⁴	At the Options menu go to Continue Options and then hold BL+RUN for about 10 secounds and the cheat menu will apear
^Playstation	Go to the 2 Player Vs. Screen. Enter the Kombat Kode: 302 213. Then Quit the Game and go to the options menu. Highlight Versus Screen Enabled and Hold BLK and Run for 10 secounds.
^PC	Go into the Practice Menu. Then PLAYER 1 should hold LK+BL over the Difficulty setting for 10 seconds.
